Grief and Loss
- structured group for members of a community or agency to address a shared loss or environment of multiple losses
- an opportunity for participants to attend to complex feelings that may emerge in response to loss with the support of community, team-members or co-workers
- includes facilitated check-in and discussion, information about grief and loss, tools for returning the body to regulation, and referrals to community supports as needed
Post critical incident Support:
- structured group for members of a community to address a workplace critical incident such a health emergency, loss of life, or violence and the impact of the event on staff, volunteers and the agency
- with a focus on safety and regulation for all participants, a facilitated group creates opportunities for people to learn about traumatic stress and post-traumatic healing, to practice tools for emotional and physiological regulation and to use teamwork to provide connection and support for each other
- opportunities for individuals to book personal counselling sessions to address unresolved impacts of trauma and for the provision of referrals to other supports as needed
- can be delivered on-site or off-site
- generally able to deliver workshop as quickly as needed
Community of Learning Support:

- sessions are an opportunity for participants to reflect critically on their professional practice, deepen self awareness, build professional capacity and strengthen relationships among team members
- may include facilitated check-in, experiential learning activities, group case consultation and other activities appropriate to the participants
- may explore topics such as personal and professional boundaries, navigating dual or multiple relationships, personal and community wellness, and values and ethics
